A truly international company with some incredibly lovely people Opportunities to work with some of the world's best brands Opportunities to make your own career to some degree

Week-to-week seems to have a new focus, so it means effort is either misaligned or actively in conflict. It is hard for the rest of the business to keep up or complete anything Sometimes leadership feels just-in-time rather than proactive or longer-term and future-orientated Hard to keep top talent

Pros

Great place to work, hugely supportive team. They actually live by their company culture. Clear and honest approach to work and expectations, willing to invest and support employees in their career progression with a transparent guide to different internal career tracks with the employee always at the heart of the discussion. Great benefits and general work schemes. Very flat mode of discussion meaning the voice of every employee is heard irrespective of rank to put it simply a great team culture. No micro- management or egos, the CEO is very approachable but professional at the same time.

Cons

A fairly small London office in which most of the team prefer to work from home, so if a dynamic work office culture is very important for you than a role at the London office might not be suitable.

+ This is a company that is suitable for you if you want to learn quickly and grow. Lots of opportunities to try out new technologies, learn new tools, and to get certified while you are at it + Great company culture, we are practically a family! Honest communication throughout. May be too radical for some, but for those that appreciate honest feedback, process-based approach to solving problems, radical knowledge sharing, this is the company to work for + A CEO that genuinely cares about you as a person - I have never worked with anyone else that truly cares about my personal well being, and actively tries to help us achieve our dreams + Lots of travel opportunity + Great office located near the iconic Tower Bridge - with views to die for, a barista that makes free unlimited coffee for you, free beer on tap (for those that drink), and a vibrant office environment + Cycle to Work scheme helps you save on your bike purchase + Tech Choice program that allows you to pick your preferred work computer

- Benefits is on the poorer side if compared to other companies in the same sphere (Leave policy, health insurance) This varies depending on the office you are based in
