Pros

Exposure to new technology. Overall, employees are hard working, dedicated and work as a team.

Cons

Upper management undervalues their employees. Salaries are well below market with little or no increase in pay. Paychecks are not paid on time.

- Back-end development team is supportive. - Flexible working time (anytime come/go like home)

Cons

- Two kinds of employees here (master and slave) . - No appraisal process and only master employees are promoted. - No rewards/benefits/recognition/appreciation for good work/job - No project/sprint release planning, like what to deliver as end product - Lack of HR politics - No cultural activities or team events or tech events - Late salary (second week of month)

Pros

I have stayed so many years because the company has an excellent product. The good thing about Servient is that we get the chance to work on the latest cloud technologies such as Hadoop, Hbase, Spark and Solr. We enjoy the work that we do here and get the appreciation for the work we do.

Cons

I did not see any negatives working with Servient.
