Business outlook
Pros
SetClear provides very good compensation to their employees, based on skills and will to work. There is plenty of room to move up in the company and an employee can easily move from entry-level to a real career in only a few years.
Cons
Sometimes the business requirements are shaky and will change in the middle of a project. Having not worked at any other company before I can only assume this is standard for the IT industry.
