Terrible terrible mismanagement from the owners who insist on being in charge (of everything!!) instead of hiring experienced staff,, 2nd and 3rd generation owners “run the show” and have zero idea what they’re doing despite decades on the job working under daddy and it shows, 2nd generation sibling co-owners who bicker and fight like 5 year olds and drag employees into it, 3rd gen cousins (future owners) are an excellent example of nepotism at it’s worst, management has zero business sense and a complete inability to make a decision due to baffling embarrassing incompetence and fear of failure, zero accountability, zero structure, zero process/procedure, underpaid with an aggressive workload, petty managers, high turnover, general and pervasive inexperience throughout every level of the organization, “promoting up” to aviod paying a respectable wage that would attract a new hire
