I have worked at SevOne for the last 4 years and been part of the growth over that period. Good things about SevOne are: - The people. The company has managed to attract and retain a world class team across all departments. - Customers. SevOne's customers are actively using the products and are actively involved in driving the company direction and roadmap. - Technology. SevOne has a real technology lead in their space. - Ability to grow. As the company grows it provides the opportunity for employees to take on new challenges and grow as individuals.
Cons
Growth creates challenges and internal processes need adaption to keep up with growth. For some constant change is invigorating, for others it can create uncertainty.
