The fire people almost in every month or two. I left a well paid job to join this company without doing enough research. I suggest everyone to Do a bit of research before they join the company. It is good for people who doesn’t have a job but if one already has a job - PLEASE don’t do the same mistake. These people think that firing people is the only way to cut cost and minimise the loss. As an add-on I was under pressure working under a big bully. All other teams and managers are great, no complains.

My executive I would report to would constantly comment on the food I ate or the clothing I just wore only last week like it was a bad thing. She was incredibly nasty to me and I did not feel comfortable working under this employee. I quit for this reason. I’m sure if I had a supportive executive who welcomed me as a person, I’d still be working there.
