Pros
1.Nothing. ya you will get 2 times free tea. 2.They do mercy on girls I.e they provide an auto from their 1 bhk flat so called office to main road. 3.Being a trainee as well as female employee on the 15th day of my joining I was asked about my work progress by the CEO at night 11.20pm. 4.Based upon this you decide whether you want to join or not. 5.you need to give your 12 hours atleast for office for sure even though you are in your training period after training may be 24*7 hours I don't know because I left on my 15th day only. 6.Guys if you are really frustrated of your life if your family will not get food if you will not join this company then just join and for girls it's better to be your father's queen rather to join this company.
Cons
1.Although the company is of 8 yrs old don't expect anything like office structure, work environment, and all. 2.As the management people are non technical they actually don't know how work should be done. 3.They give pressure like anything I think someday somebody will suicide for sure in that company. 4.Dont go by seeing the package they are offering because money is not everything your life will be spoiled and you just need to give your 24 hours. 5.No Saturday and after training I think no Sunday even I have seen seniors working in new year also. 6.Sometimes you have to change your profile also. 7.For boys they will tell they will shift you to Delhi after 3 months but not 3 months they sent 1 guy after 15 days of joining only.
