      Great scale-up with solid, autonomy focused culture, but needs to work on integration for non-french speakers

      1 Fun, laid-back people 2 Amazing tech 3 High drive & ambitions 4 Goal-driven management, no micro-management, large autonomy in carrying out projects 5 Informal (implementation of new projects is not cumbersome) 6 Diverse in terms of skills, backgrounds and interests 3 stars in inclusion and diversity because of the non french speaker issue. Very forward thinking on LBTQIA+, ethnicity

      1 What you can get done and what you know about depends on your internal network 2 can be overwhelming at the beginning : the tech is amazing but complicated, lots of things to know 3 Very french environnement (ties to point 1 above), would avoid as of now if not a good french speaker (circumstances are changing, but slowly, as of 2022) 4 Informal : company is fairly large and does not have a solid structure (hard to properly onboard new comers, you need to know who to talk to to get quality input)
