      Shaneel - high staff turnover

      Everyone leaves at 5.30 Nice toilets

      Cons

      Run by an Asian Family who mainly employ family or people in their community for senior positions.( regardless of whether they ha e experience ) No proper communication with other staff members . Lack of respect and value to staff . Lots of surveillance of staff - creepy . Bad transport . Far from proper transport

      lots of new projects. opportunity to learn a lot as staff turnover so high and thrown in the deep end

      Cons

      far from public transport. unpleasant place to work. highly disorganised and unprofessional working environment. no sick pay. horrible offices in prefab building. no team building or proper management. staff are disposable . Blame culture.

      company policy. there is small chance you will get second raise in year. it doesn't matter how muchj do you work. You will get only in april
