      Pros

      Nice location, B Street. Many excellent restaurants in the down town San Diego area.

      Cons

      Sub company of a larger construction company based in San Diego run by a family of Zionists (who are most open about their beliefs, and that's ok too) but failure to disclose prior to hiring that the history of the company had never included financial profitability since inception would have been an excellent move towards transparency.

      Pros

      Your coworkers - all around the same age and experience The parent company - everyone at Gafcon seems very happy. we get to share in their celebrations. Free lunch on Friday, half off gym memberships

      Cons

      This was not a healthy place to work. Everyone is miserable, and everyone knows it - from the CEO on down. The benefits are awful compared to what others are offering, and vacation days - don't count on having more than 5. If you need a day off, just do what the sales team does and "work from home"
