      Pros

      Lovely place to work with awesome people. I had a lot of creative freedom in this role and the team gave me a lot of support to discover my strengths.

      Cons

      Very little cons- the pay can be difficult to work with as they are a pretty small startup and I feel like there’s a pretty short ceiling for growth.
