      Good for Beginners

      Pros

      Great place to start your Career. Good team and lot of opportunities to gain experience.

      Cons

      No real appreciation for the work that being done. No increase in your compensation while new hired earn more than you. Always coming up with something to make your life harder ie, change from salaried to hourly based. They even offer you to different departments with more workload without matching up your compensation. Funny part is that they treat this as an operating to grow which I don’t see.

      So much room for growth and learning, great place if you’re motivated and want to work for promotions/opportunities!

      Cons

      Some roles require in office/hybrid, not bad.
