      Pros

      Pros Good place to grow, as you’ll be involved in handling a wide range of tasks. Annual leave starts at 14 days and increases by one day each year, up to a maximum of 21 days.

      Cons

      Cons Requires using your phone’s GPS to track your work location. Expense claims are difficult, with HR often giving reasons to reject or delay them. After working a night shift, you are still expected to work the following day. Management culture is top-down; juniors handle most of the work while managers receive the credit. Regular overtime is expected without additional pay or benefits. Medical coverage applies only to the employee, not family members.
