      Don’t make the same mistake like mine - don’t join

      Pros

      None unless you think work anywhere which they would spy on your computer. Including your personal passwords are watched by partners.

      Cons

      These guys are messy and have no clue on work assignment or work engagement. Total chaos everywhere. On top they keep making false promise on company valuation whereas the company is loosing customers and value is hardly 3-4 million max. Partners are very mischievous and cheapskate. They sell and copy one client work and double bill the same work for all other client. when the client scream for details when they shout at employees . Make them work on weekend and long hours without asking. Same for both offshore and onsite in USA. Worst place to work unless you have no other choice.

      The product is great, minus the bugs.

      Cons

      Senior management has no idea what they are doing. Couldn't find a decent idea with 2 hands, a roadmap, and a flashlight.

      - Overtime Thank you - Overwork Underpay - Benefits getting lower and lower per year - Salary increase given is lower than inflation - New management prioritizing US employees that PH employees - Sales bonus after waiting for years still not given - New Global HR Manager does not know what she's doing - Too many new policies trying to implement but still useless - Dissatisfaction of old employees keeps rising - Resigning of employees keeps rising
