Lots of responsibility right away! Invested in your development as a contributor to the business. Easy access to leadership, frequent conversations with them. Friendly work environment. Recognition for hard work. Strong upward mobility. Beautiful office.

Cons

Recent Walmart acquisition created big transition period which lends to a more challenging workplace, but handling it well all in all.
