      - Remote-friendly - Excellent work-life balance - Great product that’s geared toward making users happy - Leadership understands how employee/company diversity (including people of color, LGBT++ and disabled/neurodiverse folks) makes for better products and actively working to update and improve hiring practices to seek out and support more diverse candidates - Leadership is open to feedback from employees - Teams are made up of good people who handle conflict responsively, responsibly, and openly

      - It’s a startup, so processes are still being built and figured out - Communication is still sometimes a challenge, but it’s getting better and I feel optimistic about the future
