Working at this company has been a highly disappointing experience due to poor policies, lack of management, and unfair treatment of employees. The leave policy is extremely restrictive and employee-unfriendly. The company allows only one leave per month, and even that leave cannot be taken according to an employee’s personal needs. Approval depends entirely on management, with no consideration for emergencies or personal situations. Despite claiming to offer work-from-home, the company behaves as if developers have no personal life or responsibilities. One of the biggest issues is the sandwich leave rule. If an employee takes leave on a Friday, the company unfairly deducts salary for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, even though Saturday and Sunday are weekends. Because of this rule, developers effectively lose holidays throughout the year, making it feel like there are no real weekends or breaks. Salary is calculated strictly based on working days, and deductions are made aggressively, which creates financial stress and dissatisfaction among employees. There is no proper HR system or structured management, and company rules are frequently changed or created arbitrarily without transparency or discussion. Additionally, there is: • No clear communication from management • No employee support or grievance handling system • No proper work-life balance • No respect for developer well-being • No long-term growth planning or professional development • Policies that favor the company only, not employees Overall, this company operates with self-made rules that heavily disadvantage employees. The toxic work culture, lack of flexibility, and absence of employee-centric policies make it a poor choice for long-term employment, especially for developers seeking stability, respect, and a healthy work-life balance.
