      good colleagues below management level

      Cons

      management has no idea what they are doing. used to be good product, now just average. They've invested last 1.5 years of engineering resources in a new product they have no idea how to sell, or if any customer wants it. Absolutely no one is hitting quota, morale is down the toilet. company is going nowhere. had 3 rounds of layoffs in a year, headcount down by 50%. c-suite, especially the CEO are clueless.

      The idea of Remote Visual Support is really neat.

      Cons

      Management has no idea what's going on with their employees, there is no company culture... there is a lack of transparency and in general, there is a lot of negative talk about everyone and everything.
