Poor management, unless your in with them they will make your life hell. Trashy call centre. Managers have never spent a day on the phones but think they know what’s best. Vile standards of work, if you fall ill and need time off you will get the sack, unrealistic targets to be met during probation again if you don’t get 100% you get the boot. You don’t even get trained for the job your going to do. In a nutshell it is probably the worst place I have ever been employed the people you work with are vile there is no thought given towards the staff and how they feel all they care about is making money.

Very disorganized. Management does not know what they are doing. They layoff people when they lost client. The attrition rate is very high.
