      Great for working in a consistent, low stress environment, but can restrict career advancement

      Pros

      Consistent salary increases. Flexible working hours. Home office contract with Hungarian HO support which is ~20 000 net monthly benefit. Relatively low stress, but depends on project. Culture is relaxed.

      Cons

      Due to the flat structure and no seniority levels defined inside the organization, there is little to no way to move up the ranks. Despite home office specific projects can require 1 or more office days. Yearly bonus depends on the entire organization's performance, which has been lackluster lately and no bonuses are awarded. Performance reviews twice a year from which one of them has no effect on salary it is basically just extra documentation. Pay is still consistently below average even with salary increases.

      Pros

      Freedom with responsibility. My unit manager does not interfere with my project. Besides a monthly check-in with the boss, no interference or constantly checking what i'm doing, if i'm working, etc. Treated like an adult.

      Salary is a fair bit under market
