Our organization has indeed been in transition over the past year as we’ve progressed from a small family-owned company to a mature growing business with new ownership. While this transition has been exciting and very positive for our organization, change can be difficult for some and often involves difficult decisions that are not always popular. Part of transitioning and positioning ourselves for future growth also involves making adjustments to the structure of our organization. We are working hard to minimize the effect that growing pains can inflict on the organization and are looking forward to a great future as we continue to welcome opportunities to learn and grow, as well as streamline our organization to operate more efficiently and effectively.
