Pros
Good work/life balance, decent pay, good co-workers (while they lasted), understanding about family/personal issues, dog-friendly
Cons
Organization has been nil since previous manager left, micromanagement with no real support, current company president doesn't feel like they want to be there, poorly defined job titles/duties, unresponsive to complaints about duties/workload, huge turnover in the past 2-3 years, physical location is borderline unsafe

Regarding the cons, I assure you that I, our President, absolutely do want to be here. I am working every day on changes to improve the company, such as the new project management software we purchased, establishing a full-time estimator, and more. We have written job descriptions for each position, which all employees sign when they are hired.
Our company takes all complaints/concerns made very seriously, and none were brought to my attention by this employee, even when they were asked. Making it through a global pandemic is sure to create some change (turnover), but it has all been for the best of each individual's unique circumstance. We added some really great people to our team to replace those who left.
Regarding our location's safety, no one has ever been harmed, and we recently invested in a door lock with a code to ensure even more secure office space.
