      Pros

      A great nurturing environment where you can feel like you have a voice. Where hard work is rewarded and management makes sure that you maintain a good work life balance. It is a trusting environment with great people. Constantly growing and getting better as a system and a staff. It's always great to see some of your own ideas and work come to life and be used to help the company grow.

      Cons

      as in any company, interdepartmental communication can sometimes be an issue. But with everyone dedicated to making this process better it can't be viewed as a con and is constantly improving.
