I was made to feel very welcome during my initial on-boarding - Signavio have a great family feeling and are keen for new employees to get into the culture quickly whilst providing support and direction. I have felt valued and settled in much quicker than I expected.

Advice to Management

Continue with the focus on bringing employees up to speed quickly and also customer satisfaction principles, great to see this paying off.

Colleagues, managers and great work environment. Feels like a big family. People care about you and how you are doing and we are happy to work here! The product is also really fascinating for me since it has so many field of application that makes me think it can also be used for companies that help the world!

Sometimes it feels like we could collaborate more and use more our own software to help standardize processes, especially now that we are growing.

Advice to Management

Let's keep fostering even more a culture of diversity and inclusion and care about social impact on the world. We can do that together!

Very male dominated environment. Men & women alike can see there aren't many opportunities to speak up or advance as a woman. In addition to this, the product is extremely difficult to sell and management has a difficult time accepting this fact. Instead, they blame their employees. Unfortunately, employees also have little respect for one another and it shows in the way they interact. Really unfortunate... that it has to be this way as some people who work there are amazing. Was very happy to leave when I got an offer elsewhere. I would highly suggest looking somewhere else.

Advice to Management

Get off your high horse and take a look at the employees who are suffering as a result of your negligence.

A lot of unprofessional relics (employees, culture and processes) from the company's early days, that affect your worklife: favouritism, unclarity and laziness. Poor management, have no clear strategy and this is how your tasks will look like. They will pretend they brought you for your knowledge but eventually want you to do what they say, undefined the same old way, by the same old unprofessionals. You'll get a... lot of "I'm not the professional here but i'd do X" meaning- I'm you boss so do as I say, needless to say the outcome is appropriate.

Advice to Management

Get rid of the burden and open up to professionals being around, adopt transparency
