      Pros

      Good range of brands/tasks to keep thing interesting if you’re interested in learning about watches and the history/product knowledge

      Cons

      Commission scheme changes every month, sometimes being cut entirely. Constantly coming in and out of sales and having to change pos to fit the rotating promotions gets tedious

      a good place to work, good staff good ethics

      Cons

      Became to American, keep to what works in Britain, some things work ,alot don't, and not enough staff to focus on the things that really matter, customers, as got too much clerical work to do, staff always got heads stuck in tablet
