      Pros

      A lot of freedom in the way that you work, you have space to figure out how you work best. The company is full of friendly people who you can enjoy being in a meeting with. The upper leadership tried to take as much feedback from employees as possible by having weekly meetings with different parts of the company, in order to listen to new ideas and improve current procedures. A solid and usually reliable company.

      Cons

      The products aren't the most exciting to sell. Some are, but most are quite boring.
