      The benefits aren’t so bad.

      Cons

      - Incredibly poor leadership - Silo mentality; be prepared to be expected to work against other functions to establish blame rather than working collaboratively to fix problems - Despite the UK business comprising of various acquisitions over the years, the company is awful at doing acquisitions well. Sites still acting as if they’re still former the businesses. No alignment. - Unrealistic expectations - Under-resourcing - Micromanagement by senior leadership I could write a book to be honest. Worst place I’ve worked.

      Standard pay is good and lots of good people

      Cons

      At the welwyn site Hertfordshire working conditions are extremely poor as it seems management care more about numbers than health and safety. There's no PM so the machines are constantly breaking down but yet management will pile the pressure on the operators and try and see if you're being lazy, also operators don't get any bonus whatsoever but management get close to a 5 figure bonus for our hard work. Absolute joke

      Cons

      office politics and toxic colleagues - multiple members of staff cry or act unprofessionally due to the atmosphere, management were just as bad for stirring things up. They tout themselves a a company that looks after your mental health but when a colleague has an issue they turn a blind eye
