      Not really as IT company and no benefit for any developer.

      Try to find but truly I don't find any good things about this company.

      Cons

      IMMEDIATELY WORKING is the word the company use after interview. Although they accept and offer but if having anyone's possible to work before you then they will reject you right then. About future in this company: You won't have any achivements in this company because it's small and you will work independently for projects, no care from boss. The salary: normal as other companies but there is no benefit for yourself so think further about your career.

      Don't join this organisation on basis of given commitments . For joining they will do many promises and once you joined nothing happen No senior expertise available here Huge micromanagement You will be always treated as just a resource for them No appreciation for any tasks

      - Latest projects with technologies. - Management is very much approachable. - Good Appraisal hikes - Very Good reward and recognition program - Lot of employee engagement activity - During the Covid has implemented lot of good Insurance policies
