Pros

Nothing. Truly nothing great about working here. They entice you by paying you “up to 20% more” than you currently make.

Cons

The owner is a terrible person. He claims he cares about his employees and will take care of them when he actually only cares about a select chosen few.

Pros

The tenants are great people

Cons

They expect to much out of you and do not train you on any of their procedures, and yell at the tenants and have favorite ones

Pros

Updating to properties done often

Cons

Some staff are under appreciated and belittled. Pay increases are very poor despite performance. Communication is terrible from president to regional vice president to managers to other staff. Human resources is next to impossible to reach and benefits are expensive. Values are not focused on improving the lives of senior citizens but focused on money. Little to no respect for the people living in their properties.
