      You are being measured against your merit and there is always room to grow. Company genuinely cares about its employees, their future and wellbeing. Working at SimScale feels like being part of something bigger.

      Pros

      The company is innovating in AI and is on the forefront of improving engineering workflows massively with AI. The team is highly competent and the management is visionary, motivated, and have great values. A great place to work.

      Cons

      Working from home is a great advantage but getting together regularly is somewhat of a challenge.
