It’s more about appearance than a good work environment

Pros

It’s in Fredericksburg so the commute is short when compared to NOVA. The facility is very nice. Coworkers are nice. They are supportive for the most part. Family first but most companies are like that now. They are often able to move you to other contracts if your contract isn’t renewed.

Cons

More concerned with how they appear as a company than anything else. Management won’t manage. Upper management is completely disconnected at times. It’s an echo chamber.

SimV is full of people with integrity, generosity, and respect who genuinely care for one another. Family is put before work and it is just a fun place to come to work every day!

Cons

It is hard to even come up with anything bad about working here.

Pros

Work life balance is perfect. Bosses and co-workers are pleasant to work with. Extremely flexible with allowing employees to choose when they want to work remote and in the office. 401k and employee stock benefits fully vest immediately.

Cons

Underpaid by a not insignificant margin.
