      Pros

      Not many. The air conditioning and the restroom work.

      Cons

      Owner yells and screams at his employees. He takes everyone completely for granted. Low pay and limited opportunities. Don't even consider. You deserve a much better job.

      This was interesting type of work.

      Cons

      The CEO is a terrible boss. He does not know how to manage people and it is amazing that he can still get people to work for him.

      We are glad to hear you found the work interesting. It is unfortunate you did not approve of the CEOs management style. We have had many employees at Simco for well over a decade. We are a small family run business with close to 30 years of history bend us. We value our employees as they are our biggest asset. It is unfortunate you did not discuss this matter with your supervisor or the CEO directly.
