Very calm environment and helpful training, good hours during Christmas

Cons

Management changes a lot, hours become very limited, and it can become dull.

Able to proactively initiate change and contribute effective solutions due to confident and trusting direct supervisor.

Cons

Poor behavior by multiple coworkers above and below me. Hard and honest work dismissed by many in favor of provincial and immature interpersonal tactics of local and out of town workers who seemed threatened. Low paid retail staff given priority over the sincere and hardworking long hours and efforts of managers who truly cared.
