      - Extremely 'open' company in terms of communication; if you'd like to know something, simply ask - Very experienced senior management team from a market, domain and business perspective - Extremely exciting global relationship with Microsoft - Focuses on culture and investing in people

      Cons

      As a growing global company, collaborating across hemispheres is challenging... saying that, everyone 'shares the pain' which makes is worthwhile

      Pros

      There is such a positive drive for customer success in this company that it's palpable. The ambition to succeed for it's customers and employees is second to non. This, I am sure, is down to the leadership team based in Australia and here in the UK. The quite recent global partnership with Microsoft has turned this into a genuine unicorn opportunity and I feel lucky to be on the journey with them. The new Microsoft platform is amazing and is testament to their hard work and fab customers.

      Cons

      Trying to ramp up staff at pace AND release new software is tough for any business. This means a lot of hard work and its not for the lighthearted.

      We have a team of dedicated professionals across all operations, the solution resonates so well with the marketplace, the use cases are fresh and the relationship built around the Microsoft Power Platform is opportunity rich. The leadership is truly inclusive, the support structure is open, inspiring and creating an environment of development.

      Cons

      No cons to date and the fact the team is so tight and supportive of each other, any issues that do arise are quickly solved in a positive way.
