      When I worked there I loved the people, the flexibility and the employee incentives they were introducing

      Friendly company but unsure how they're still going

      Pros

      Friendly and fun atmosphere, reflected by their great reputation with clients. Opportunity for career development as company is not well structured yet.

      Cons

      Amateurish, lack of structure, I'm not sure how they're still going tbh. Behaving like a start up when the company has around 100 employees already and had been around for a while.

      work from home is the only pro

      Cons

      excessive micromanagement and very toxic environment. The office is awful and they allow dogs in it which will bark while you're on a call with customers. Communication between teams is also bad, especially from the consulting team. Salary is also ridiculous.
