Friendly company but unsure how they're still going - Anonymous employee SimplyVAT.com Employee Review

When I worked there I loved the people, the flexibility and the employee incentives they were introducing

none that I can think of.

SimplyVAT is a great place to work, the CEO Claire and management and so supportive and understanding. The work tirelessly to ensure you have all the tools to succeed. Every member of the company have always shown great character towards others, supporting everyone regardless of the matter is work related or something to do with personal life. There is always room for growth at simplyVAT and it’s always promoted by management, if there was an area which I personally needed extra training on, it was always provided which allowed me to grow. The CEO Claire is like no other, she is always ready to listen to suggestions and ideas whether it’s improving customer service or promoting more social ideas for team bonding. Her current vision of the company will allow SimplyVAT to truly reach for the stars! I’ve throughly enjoyed the last 3 years with SimpyVAT and it’s thanks to everyone which has allowed me to grow as a data analyst and reach the place I have today

Pay - through pay isn’t what some companies offer there are so many benefits such as Flex Time allowing you to take extra time off for overtime you have worked. With that being said, SimplyVAT are heading in the right direction and I’m sure that pay is going to change in the near future for the better.
