Our Company places a high level of importance on ensuring our staff are trained to a high level in terms of the relevant knowledge, skills and systems to enable them to deliver successfully within their respective roles. Training is a regular feature and we have a dedicated resource to focus on this area to ensure employees are adequately equipped to deal with their work. We encourage colleagues to provide feedback on any improvements that can be made to training and when feedback is given, the necessary adjustments are made to ensure the training style and content is relevant. In terms of our values, we do strive to use the values to guide our way of working both internally and externally. This does take constant practice and we do feel progress is made, for example, during our company wide meetings, the colleague-to-colleague recognition nominations are awarded to numerous colleagues across the business in the 2 values you’ve cited - collaboration and compassion - as well as the others - honesty, freedom and happiness. In relation to your feedback regarding (I assume) your Team Leader, I am sorry that you feel you have had this experience. I will discuss this with our Team Leaders, to ensure they take your feedback on board. We do encourage constructive feedback continually and to this end there is the ability to provide anonymous feedback through a dedicated internal feedback channel whilst employed within the business.
