      Pros

      Was good until CFO hired was great atmosphere before him. Micro managing condescending secretive self serving was his way. Good people high pay but...,

      Cons

      After CFO lots of turnover pushed people out. Doesn't care abt employees really and it shows a lot of people not enough training and pressure to work like slaves

      As always, we appreciate the feedback. While I don't work directly for the CFO, I work closely with him. I have not found this to be the case in my dealings with him nor has anyone in that department come to me with this type of any issue. I will however look into this and ask members of his department about this. Once again, thank you for the feedback.

      Pros

      Largest Fabricator in country, has deep pockets, offers good pay and benefits. Great turn around time.

      Cons

      Does mostly home centers and quality is poor. Very poor communication company wide. No training for new people that are brought on.

      Thank you for your input. We have recently added to our support teams which include the areas you mentioned in your post. As we move forward, training of new Team Members is certainly on our list of items to develop.

      Avoid at all costs

      Paycheck and friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      No training. Management just throws you in and you're lucky if you know what to do before they determine that you're "not a good fit"

      Both proper on-boarding and new hire training are definitely areas that we can and will improve over the coming months. We are working hard to put in place the proper processes and procedures that will ensure our Team Members will receive the necessary training and support to be successful at Sims-Lohman.
