Simucase is one of the most welcoming companies I have every worked for. They make it a priority to know how to meet your needs as an employee, which I've never experienced anywhere else. They also allow team members to utilize their skill sets without being micromanaged to preform in a certain way. Even with all of the employees being remote, the culture they've created makes it feel like we are all still together in the same place.

The people are amazing and so kind. The company really focuses on work-life balance. The FT and PT benefits are (likely) consistent with companies that have significantly more employees, but this company matches is.
