      pays well. Opportunity to learn new technologies.

      Cons

      Utter disconnect between management and workers. Colleagues are rude, balshy and don't help when you need to get work done. Lack of respect for talent and technical skills. Company cares more about making itself look good than increasing productivity and providing career opportunities. Got given stupid and useless work by people who didn't understand what I was supposed to be doing.

      Pros

      Sinch has some truly great people; talented, hardworking, and dedicated. Unfortunately, everyone is stretched too thin, juggling excessive workloads with little recognition. Instead of celebrating success, it often feels like doing well only earns you more responsibility. This could be an incredible place to work, but it seems to have lost its direction. A real shame for what could have been a standout company.

      Cons

      Strong personalities can dominate, leading to decisions that aren’t always right or communicated well, creating tension. The workload is consistently high, and salaries are not competitive compared to similar roles elsewhere, impacting morale and retention.
