      Pros

      Team work and training, regular opportunity for staff feedback, management has desire to create a happy workplace and is working towards this. Good working environment.

      Cons

      Negativity amongst some existing and ex employees who dislike change can cause problems and it can affect the organization. changes in Management have occurred over last few years and improvements seem to be being put in place, some areas still need work but this seems to be happening.
