Still love coming to work after 3 years

Pros

Joined three years ago and still genuinely enjoy every day. The team is friendly, polite, and just genuinely nice to be around - that alone makes a big difference day to day. Onboarding was smooth from the start, leads actually care about your growth, not just your output, and the flexibility with work hours makes everything easier. What keeps it exciting is that the company never stands still. Leadership is always ahead of the curve - constantly bringing in new information, new ideas, new approaches. Because the company embraces change rather than fearing it, you end up learning something meaningful almost every day. I still feel like I'm growing. Would still recommend it without hesitation. A company that keeps moving, keeps learning, and genuinely cares about the people on the team.

Cons

Honestly? Nothing comes to mind. Never had a reason to complain.

Pros

After working at several other agencies, the technical gap here is really noticeable. Most places talk about AI and "latest trends" as buzzwords, but this agency actually uses them to drive results. They are very far ahead in terms of infrastructure and adopting new industry tools. If you’re someone who is proactive and actually wants to master AI rather than just reading about it, it’s a great environment to sharpen your skills and stay relevant in a fast-moving field.

Cons

This isn't a place where you can just coast or hide in a comfort zone. Because the industry moves so fast, you’re expected to be proactive every single day. If you’re the type who prefers to wait for instructions or just report on what happened after the fact, you’ll probably find the pace stressful. It requires a "bias toward action" that might not suit everyone.

Pros

I came from a pretty unconventional background and honestly wasn't sure how it would go at first. But what surprised me is how fast you get thrown into real work. Not "here's a task list", more like "here's a problem, figure it out." Which can feel intense at first but you grow into it quickly. The AI stuff isnt just marketing. Leadership is genuinely thinking about where agencies are going in the next few years and you get to be part of building that. Eric is very vocal about his vision which takes some getting used to lol, but once it clicks, you realize the direction actually makes sense. What I appreciate most is that things you build get used. Like the sales team opens the tools you ship every morning. That kind of feedback loop keeps you motivated.

Cons

The pace can be a lot when you first join. If you're used to a more structured environment it might take a few weeks to find your footing. Not a dealbreaker at all, just something to be ready for.
