Pros
The job itself was rewarding. Colleagues across the globe. Life/work balance. Good company to work for until a couple of years ago.
Cons
Penny pinching is having a deteriorating effect across the business. Management don't look after their staff (on the last day of work our boss took the day off!). It's easy for incompetent people to hide and someone else will do the job. Chaotic and lengthy bureaucracy. Very little training offered and virtually no personal development for staff outside of Singapore. In fact, all benefits are Singapore-centric and career progress is mostly for those in Singapore. On paper they have excellent values but in practice only a small portion is applied.
