- Will gain a lot a lot of knowledge about new technologies in CMP - Working with some of the best people that I have known which has helped me in personal as well as professional growth - Hard work is duly appreciated and rewarded - Open door policy; upper management is approachable
Cons
- Sometimes the work will get pretty intense; when multiple projects comes in but its manageable

It is a fast-paced working environment that offers the chance to gain a lot of varied knowledge and experience. Hard work, ingenuity, and initiative are recognized and rewarded. A pleasant work environment, including being treated to frequent company outings by the owners. Flexible working hours.
Cons
There are times when things happen or priorities change very quickly, it can be a challenge to accomplish the task(s) on time.
