One of the finest company cultures I have experienced, where people genuinely want each other to succeed. The company has an entrepreneurial mindset, and everyone works together toward building the best possible product. The work can be complex, but teammates are always willing to help and share knowledge. Management is highly supportive. My manager has been more of a mentor, gradually helping me take on more responsibility and grow professionally. I could not have asked for more, and I will always be grateful for the guidance and support I received. Leadership is highly approachable and accessible. Renaud Delbru, Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer, is always open to conversations and happy to help when needed. The company also invests in team bonding through regular offsites, which help strengthen relationships across the organization. I feel fortunate to have been part of this team and to have had the opportunity to work in such a collaborative environment.
