      Pros

      It is very reliable company but quite slow to act. Job security is very hig and people you work with are very friendly. They give presents in bayram times.

      Cons

      salaries are low and not competitive. Holidays are quite restricted, you need to give quite a long notice period. company also run by finance people which does not help to imprive company in technological matters. Sisecam is follower in flat glass area.
