The people are friendly and the technology is truly fascinating. Well known investors and board members. CEO is young, hungry and brilliant.

Cons

CEO speaks about a people first culture, but that's all lip service. There's a lot of pressure to succeed and gain traction. There is no work life balance and there's little support for working parents. There's been a lot of turnover over the past year - just check LinkedIn and see the past employees and their <1 year stints at Sisu.

Pros

Most of the people are fantastic and great to work with. The technology is great and could really take off and make an impact.

Cons

Upper management is lacking experience and any true care about employee's well-being. There is a real lack of empathy from VP's across the company. There has been two major layoffs in 3 years and lots of turnover. Overall its sad because this tech has great potential to make a lasting impact in the data space, but there needs to be a massive change in the management style of the company. This all feels like it is more than just startup "growing pains"
