Americans on the top, with a hire and fire mentality and spreading a culture of fear (threatening to fire you if you don’t do/ achieve XYZ)

I really have to say this was by far the worst experience in my entire career and I was gaslit so much by senior managers, I actually believed it was me that I wasn’t capable of doing my job. My confidence, my self worth and mental health was at its low point and I questioned everything. However reading everyone else’s reviews and experiences, I have realised it wasn’t me, I am great at what I do, but Siteimprove truly is a horrible, nasty, toxic place with narcissistic C suite, who only like to hire their own people and promote those that agree and say yes to them. If you actually want to do the right thing, make a difference, then this place isn’t for you. I loved how the TA partner’s review said “Don’t believe the HYPE”… you would say that and dismiss what the workforce past and present actually feel and believe.. these reviews are making YOUR job difficult because who would want to work in a place like this!!!! Don’t just write a blanket statement, actually go and speak to people, you would soon realise that these negative reviews have a lot of truth in them. This place is a sinking ship. The fact that you were once rated as 3.5+ to now 2.2 just says it all!!!
