      Chaotic car crash. Employees don’t stick around.

      Nature of the business is interesting. Colleagues were nice.

      Cons

      Chaotic, workloads could change hourly. Inexperienced leaders, unprofessional.

We are pleased to confirm we have now implemented several CRM systems which allows for productive and effective work flows. We also have a very in-depth development programme at all levels. Including recognised management qualifications.

      Awful place to work

      The only good thing was the free pastries they offered once a month, and that stopped...so...

      Cons

      If you enjoy working for 9 hours with nothing but a half an hour timed break, and being creatively limited all whilst being told by someone with a background in retail telling you what looks better, definitely apply! The work is beyond repetitive. The company itself is backwards. The only way you could possibly get anywhere is if you were to suck up to management and work 24/7. Management do not care whatsoever about their team. There’s a reason people leave and trust me, everyone does.

      Toxic and huge turnover of staff

      Pros

      Some nice people. Free parking. Option to work from home two days a week

      Cons

      Terrible senior management Chaotic and disorganised No plan, make it up as you go along strategy Bullying , blame culture from the top down Very long hours Huge turnover of staff People suffering from severe anxiety and stress. No sick pay. Used to have a great HR manager but completely deteriorated since she left.
