Pros

The opportunity to work on a product used by over a million users. Lots of opportunities to continue to learn new skills as part of career development. Good benefits such in terms of paid leave and compensation.

Cons

Remote work can sometimes feel a little isolated, however there is a good culture of inclusion at Sketch.
